In 2017, we released “Reimagine Ohio” asking readers to imagine what Ohio would have looked like had we attained the job and population growth of other states and restrained spending from 1990 to 2106. The report contained six key policy reforms needed to make sure that in twenty-six years, Ohio would become a leader again. Here is an update on that groundbreaking report, with new data warning of the likely problems the new DeWine Administration will face.
